The Department for Education has partnered with group training organisation MEGT to offer paid, 1 day a week school-based traineeships for 2023 to students currently in years 10, 11 and 12.
Applications are open now so get in fast. Applications close 23 January 2023.
School-based traineeships are a pathway into the world of work and a great way for young people to build their employability. They get to earn and learn while achieving a nationally-recognised Certificate III qualification that counts towards achieving their SACE.
Traineeships are available at a range of government preschools and schools across South Australia in the following roles:
