For all students starting secondary school in metro Adelaide in 2021, the Department for Education is introducing a new online registration of interest process. If you provide care for a child who will transition to Year 8 next year, you may have heard about this from the child’s primary school and received information to complete the registration of interest.

For children in care, DCP caseworkers will be responsible for completing lodgement of these registration of interest applications. The child’s DCP caseworker will contact you to discuss the child’s learning and other developmental needs, and identify up to 3 secondary school preferences with you. Registration of interest applications close on 22 May 2020.
