DCP, in collaboration with our non-government partners, hosts events across South Australia during September to thank and celebrate our dedicated foster and kinship carers as part of Foster and Kinship Carer Week.

Following the most recent Foster and Kinship Carer Week, we welcome carers’ comments on how our events can best celebrate and acknowledge the carers of South Australia.

We have developed a short online survey for carers to provide feedback on recent Foster and Kinship Carer Week events.

This survey also addresses reasons why a carer may not have attended any events and asks where we could improve in the future.

This feedback will help planning for Foster and Kinship Carer Week events in future years.

The survey is open to all foster or kinship carers in South Australia and closes on 8 October 2023.
