The Department for Child Protection in collaboration with our non-government partners, is hosting events across South Australia this September to thank and celebrate our dedicated foster and kinship carers as part of Foster and Kinship Carer Week, running 14-20 September 2025.
As a carer, you play such an important role in keeping children and young people safe and giving them opportunities to thrive and succeed in life.
The week is about celebrating the contributions you make to the lives of children and young people.
