Providers are sourcing properties and care teams and working towards providing caring, therapeutic, culturally appropriate, and responsive home-like environments for children and young people.

Children and young people are being assessed to ensure they are matched in a way that helps them develop and thrive, and maintains placement stability.

Transition planning is well underway with 19 children and young people already successfully transitioned into their new placements.
