The quality and safety of our services remains our top priority. If you have any concerns regard meeting your contractual obligations please contact your DCP Contract Manager.

Are procurement activities continuing?

Yes. There are a number of active procurement processes underway at the moment. It is important that we maintain a high quality of service provision and bringing new services into the market is central to this.

Will quarterly performance reviews still occur?

Yes, quarterly performance reviews will still occur although, as you will appreciate, the format and timing of these reviews may be different to usual as we adapt our ways of working.

As part of providing contract management support and maintaining strong engagement with all service providers, your contract manager will reach out to you regarding the next quarterly review and performance meetings. We will aim to be both flexible and considerate in the conduct and format of these performance reviews and your contract manager will speak with you about the detail of this. If you have any questions, please speak with your contract manager.

Will you adjust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)?

It may sometimes be appropriate to adjust the way we deliver services during this time, while maintaining a focus on meeting our legislated obligations and the needs of vulnerable children and young people, carers and families.

If you have any concerns about your ability to deliver contracted services, or a genuine need to adjust a KPI, please follow normal processes by talking to your contract manager in the first instance. More general queries can be directed to
