Child protection is a critical service that must continue throughout coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks. Our top priority is the safety and wellbeing of children and young people in care, carers and staff.
Communication channels throughout outbreak periods have not changed.
- Carers should contact their agency support worker to discuss any issues or concerns relating to their caring role.
- Queries or issues relating to a child or young person should be directed to the child’s DCP case worker.
Queries or issues relating to service delivery or your agency’s contract should be referred to your DCP Contract Manager, or sent to DCPServiceProviders@sa.gov.au
