In April 2021 DCP hosted a series of events to launch a new Contract Management Licensing System (CMLS). More than 170 service providers attended the event and there was a lot of excitement about the new system.

The event started with a quick introduction about CMLS, followed by a demonstration on how to complete performance management and financial management tasks.

The CMLS is a dedicated portal for all contract management activity, providing a mechanism for information sharing between the department and services providers.

Since the launch, many service providers have reported on how easy it is to manage their contract administrative activities. Our recent feedback survey reported 4 out of 5 stars across the board when asked about ease of use, system reliability and performance, and user materials.
