Previously referred to as the draft ‘out-of-home care strategy’, this 3-year plan describes the directions and priority actions for reforming our department’s system for children and young people in care.
This strategy has been underway for some time, and many of you have been involved in its development through ongoing consultation since 2017. We appreciate your patience and considerable input so far.
As service providers, you play a crucial role in the success of the strategy. We have created a simple survey to help guide your feedback. Any queries can be directed to Ms Sarah Strathearn at Sarah.Strathearn@sa.gov.au.
