Chief Human Resources Officer Michael Burton said the White Ribbon Accreditation is another way in which DCP can help drive social change.

“Supporting the elimination of violence against women and children is our business. I’m proud that at DCP we are taking the issue so seriously. As an organisation, we’ve shown that DCP is a workplace with zero tolerance for violence against women.

“As the state’s government agency responsible for child protection, we know we can make a huge difference when it comes to addressing the problem of domestic violence in South Australia,” Michael said.

While ‘child protection is very much our business, ‘protecting children’ is everyone’s business.

We will continue working together, alongside our partners and the broader community, to stand up, speak out and act to prevent domestic and family violence in all its forms.
